I called Tito as I still had his number after all these years and started texting with him about the issue and the blinking lights etc on my Genie Garage door system. He walked me thru all the steps to make sure I actually had an issue for him to come physically to resolve and not cost me a trip.
In the end we had to replace the whole Genie unit and Tito replaced it with a Chamberlin with wifi and cellphone capabilities which looks great so far. And it’s quieter than what I had. He arrived on time at noon and was done in +3hrs and walked me thru the phone app etc. Love this guy for his service and care for customer. It was like we had just meet after a day or two when it’s been years since I first reached out to him when I first meet him. He is my garage door to-go Man!! And I trust his opinion and work.

I have had a great experience dealing with Tito and he works weekends unlike others!
Our Garage door stopped working on Friday evening last week and I started contacting various garage door repairs that serviced in Suwanee. Tito was one of them and he immediately answered the phone and agreed to come over Sunday (Saturday was not going to work for me)  with a reasonable ask of $25 for the service call in case I did not end up carrying out any repairs which would be waived if he did the repair work. He had to replace my whole spring/pulley system as the one I had was broken and an inferior product that builders normally put. He was reasonably priced considering what had to be done and I enjoyed his company as we spent an 1 1/2 hr in the garage chitchatting and getting to know each other. Great guy and great service!

He replaced both the coils in no time, balanced the doors perfectly, lubricated the coils, reprogrammed the door and fixed 2 compromised struts for reasonable price. Almost 2 years ago I was having issues getting my garage door to open and close. I had just moved to my neighborhood and didn’t know of any local companies that could fix it so I just did a Google search and stumbled across father and son‘s garage door. I called and spoke to Tito. He quickly came out to inspect my garage door and realized the issue was the sensor was out of alignment. He showed me the issue and then in a few seconds put the sensors back in alignment and refused to charge me for his trip.
So recently, when my garage stopped working for a different reason I immediately knew who I would trust to fix it. I called Father and Sons and explained the problem I was having this time. One again they were friendly and helpful and able to diagnose the issue on the phone as a failed garage door opener. The technician came to my home the following day, arriving on time, and replaced the opener for a reasonable price. Now I have a more up-to-date, garage door opener that functions very well and that I can control easily through an app on my phone.
In my experience, they are friendly, very honest and knowledgeable in a day and age where that is a little bit rare. I’m very busy but still had to take time out to leave this review to thank them for their help share how much I appreciate their service.

My garage door opener randomly failed and I called the original company who installed for help but the soonest they could be out was in 3 days. I checked Nextdoor and came across Father & Sons. I called Tito and he gave me some tips over the phone to try and troubleshoot the issue. When the door still didn't work he came over 20-30 minutes later to look in person. His willingness to fit me into his schedule had me sold.
